We’re Hiring: Software Engineer – Lead Generation Ads (AI/ML)
📍 Location: Bellevue, WA (601 108th Avenue NE) or Menlo Park, CA
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office per week (either location)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension)
💲 Rate: $100–107/hr (W2)

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join the Lead Generation Ads team, where you’ll design and build scalable AI/ML-driven solutions that power next-generation lead generation workflows.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and optimize AI/ML features for lead generation
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems
- Research and apply emerging AI/ML technologies
- Promote best practices, modern tools, and technical standards
- Develop guidelines to ensure secure and compliant software usage
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML models
- Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and development tools
- Experience with technologies such as SQL, Visual Basic, or similar
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is required.
