Responsibilities:
- Provide impeccable customer service by following our Service Foundation principles
- Manage reservations and appointments
- Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Interact closely with staff to address client and pet needs
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
- Passion for animals and animal care
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
- Physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and lift up to 60 lbs
