Senior Consultant (Part-Time | Active Security Clearance Required | Remote)

TAPRC, headquartered in the Taiwan, is a specialized provider of strategic and management consulting services with extensive experience supporting international government clients. To advance our U.S. federal projects, we seek a part-time cleared professional for remote advisory roles.

Position Summary

We require a part-time Senior Government Consultant holding an active U.S. federal security clearance. You will deliver strategic, operational, or technical consulting services entirely remotely to Taiwan private sector on international projects. No travel or international assignments are required. Solutions will be developed and delivered via secure communications protocols.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver remote consulting services to Taiwan private sector.
• Analyze client requirements, policies, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and recommend actionable solutions in compliance with security protocols.
• Prepare and submit clear, compliant reports/briefings using secure channels.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders through secured virtual meetings.
• Manage part-time task delivery within agreed timelines under security frameworks.

Mandatory Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship (Legally required for clearance eligibility).
• Active Security Clearance: Must possess a current U.S. federal clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI). Specify clearance level and last investigation date in application.

Experience:

• 3-5 years providing consulting/analytical services to U.S. federal agencies (part-time project experience accepted).
• Proven capability to handle classified work remotely (secure file transfer, encrypted communications).

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher clearance levels (TS/SCI strongly preferred).
• Remote support experience for DoD/DHS/Intelligence Community programs.
• Demonstrated success in task-based, autonomous work environments.
