This position offers an unique setting that is hybrid - a minimum of one day will be requested for in-person availability in the Leominster location.
POSITION:
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician-Assistant
SCHEDULE:
Full time OR Part Time
HYBRID telehealth/in-person schedule is considered.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive clinical assessments of patients, providing treatment protocols, prescribing or recommending behavioral medications and providing medication management via telemedicine technologies.
- Provide behavioral and talk therapy to patients as needed.
- Coordinate care with internal staff, external providers, family members and other healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with our collaborating supervising psychiatrist where required by state law or independently but within an interdisciplinary team including other PMHNPs, psychologists, clinical pharmacists, and physicians
- Provide efficient appointments for 60 minutes for new patients and 15-minutes for established patients while maintaining excellent quality.
- Complete patient notes in our Electronic Health Records system (e-ClinicalWorks) and lock notes for timely billing within 24 hours.
Requirements: Requires accredited PMNHP or PA-C license in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure within 90 days of hire). PMHNP or PA-C license is required.
- Active DEA and Control Medication Licensure in Massachusetts is required.
- Advanced interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with various healthcare professionals, to develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Previous outpatient experience in healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellence in time management and staying on time with the day-to-day schedule – 60 minute new outpatient appointments are standard.
- Computer literacy with ability to use standard word processing, spreadsheet programs and e-mail (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook), web browsers and familiarity with EMR systems (E-ClinicalWorks is preferred)Benefits: 401K, Paid Vacation, Personal Days, Sick Days, Health Insurance, Disability, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance.
