What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler (Sample Lab) position at Takasago International Corporation U S A?
Essential Job Functions:
- Picks and packs flavors for sample shipment.
- Pull raw materials and finished goods from the warehouse for sample lab and Rockleigh.
- Orders sample lab supplies.
- Stocks sample lab workstations.
- Locates needed portable equipment.
- Runs, loads and unloads dishwasher.
- Follow all safety and GMP policies.
- Maintain clean and orderly work space.
- Use Microsoft Office, SAP and Optiva as needed.
- Must be able to lift occasionally, max. 40 lbs.
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Food Science, Chemistry or other related degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in pilot plant in the food, flavor or pharmaceutical industry a plus.
The equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
