Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in steel and structural building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Ensure that all construction work adheres to the project timeline and budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, particularly in steel and structural building projects.
