Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Crew Foreman specializing in masonry and stucco to lead our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in masonry and stucco, and proficiency with power tools. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver’s license, and reside in Lee County or Hillsborough County, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team performing masonry and stucco work on residential and commercial projects.
- Safely and effectively operate and oversee the use of various power tools.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to crew members.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a crew foreman or similar supervisory role.
- Extensive experience and expertise in masonry and stucco application.
- Proficiency in operating and overseeing the use of power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must reside in Lee County or Hillsborough County.
- English proficiency required; bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
