Our client, a busy and thriving cosmetic & medical dermatology practice located on the Upper East Side, is hiring a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate would be someone who is self-motivated, interested in cosmetics and a great team player with excellent communication skills. Experience in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred. Fabulous opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of an incredible team.
Responsibilities :
Assist the physician in the performance of skin exams, monitor and record a patient's medical history, and be aware of relevant test results.
Assist the dermatologist with outpatient surgical procedures.
Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions for patients who are undergoing treatment for a variety of skin conditions.
Assist with cosmetic procedures, such as fillers, toxins, lasers, sclerotherapy, PRP.
Educate patients on skincare, including sunscreens.
Assist with skincare product sales. Schedule :
