Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation from inception through trial.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Manage and organize complex case files and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Coordinate and attend depositions, hearings, and trials, with a focus on personal injury cases.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent extensive experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, specifically in personal injury law.
- Demonstrated experience in handling personal injury jury trials.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
