- 3 years of leadership experience, including leading technical projects
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services
- Expertise in Snowflake for data warehousing
- Proficiency with Apache Airflow for workflow management
- Experience with either Airbyte or Fivetran for data integration
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the health-tech industry
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or related technologies
