Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, as well as general carpentry and painting
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures
• Use logic controllers and CMMS software to track and manage maintenance activities
• Fabricate and weld parts as needed
• Use an ohmmeter to test electrical systems
• Provide technical assistance to other team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a maintenance or similar role
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to lead and supervise other technicians
• Experience with residential painting and fabricating or welding
• Knowledge of CMMS software and logic controllers
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
