GAT Sky Cafe is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team atCleveland Hopkins International Airport!Operations SupervisorMain Responsibilities● The successful applicant will be responsible for oversight of a team of Customer ServiceRepresentatives who delivers product directly to our airline customers.● Your team will be expected to provide on-time delivery to each aircraft while meeting allquality cleanliness standards and have a commitment to exceptional service.● You will manage the team through structured communications, compliance checks, andmonitor adherence to customer specifications, safety processes, internal productionprocesses and continuous improvementRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities● Experience Last Mile Logistics-2-3 years in related industry.● Problem solving and leadership skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills● Proficient in Microsoft products; familiarity with logistics software a plus.● Open Availability Required. Including Weekends & Holidays. **MUST be flexible.**
