Are you experienced in warehouse operations and ready to take the lead? We're looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse Manager to join our growing U.S. operations team!
🛠 Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound/outbound, sorting, dispatching, returns, and inventory accuracy.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure safety, efficiency, and team retention.
- Drive process optimization and improve key operational KPIs.
- Act as a liaison between HQ and local operations, ensuring smooth execution and communication.
- 3 years of warehouse management experience (e-commerce or logistics background preferred).
- Strong on-the-ground execution and leadership skills.
- High responsibility and strong communication skills in fast-paced settings.
- Willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Chinese preferred.
