The role
We are on the lookout for a Community Manager for our Isola Campus 🏝️— where many colleagues hang their hats too!
In this role, your mission will be to make our ecosystem thrive creating meaningful connections, facilitating growth, and ensuring our community stays engaged and inspired.
Responsibilities
- Front desk operations and smooth onboarding coordination. Guide new community members through a seamless onboarding process
- Personalized connections. Cultivate relationships with personalized 1:1s and meetings, tapping into our vast network for each member can make the most of our ecosystem
- Dynamic event curation. Craft and drive engaging community events, collaborating with the Sales team: from workshops and networking sessions to inspirational moments and mentorship programs, many things can be done!
- Budget mastery. Navigate the community budget with precision and expertise, ensuring a judicious allocation of resources for the optimal functioning of the campus
- Sales synergy. Cultivate effective collaboration with the Sales team, utilizing your sales acumen to amplify business opportunities for the campus
- Sponsorship program oversight. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful execution of all campus sponsorship programs
- Content and newsletters. Shape compelling communications and newsletters to boost content for events, corporate partners, and our community
- Leveraging resources. Actively explore opportunities to maximize the benefits of Talent Garden offerings for our community
- Stay connected, stay informed. Stay abreast of digital trends and the local ecosystem, keeping informed about contacts, news, and events
- Challenges resolution. Tackle daily issues with the Hospitality Manager, fostering a positive co-working vibe for everyone
About you
Ideally, you are a naturally social individual, a true social dynamo that willingly catalyzes attention, becoming a reference point and fostering a vibrant atmosphere.
On top of this, you are:
- Community catalyst. You have 3 years of experience in similar roles, adept at crafting and nurturing vibrant communities, ideally within the dynamic ecosystem/startup sector
- Effective budget manager. You have hands-on experience in budget management and allocation, demonstrating the ability to optimize resource utilization
- Strategic content creator. You possess hands-on experience newsletter development and strategic editorial planning, skillfully leveraging a suite of tools
- Local tech enthusiast. You ignite enthusiasm within the local digital and tech ecosystem, showcasing genuine interest and active investment
- Versatile team contributor. You fearlessly handle responsibilities in dynamic settings, adeptly combining organizational skills with teamwork, ensuring a focused approach to achieve objectives
- Passion and curiosity advocate. You infuse passion and curiosity into every task, from the minutiae to strategic initiatives
- Bilingual communicator. You have a native level of Italian and full proficiency in both oral and written English
- Milano-based. You live and breathe the vibrant Milan environment and can easily reach our Isola Campus (Palazzo Regione Lombardia)
