- Minimum of 10 years experience in advanced technologies including a minimum of 5 years as a technical architect
- Minimum 7 years experience in development including a minimum of 3 years leading development resources
- Solid experience architecting and design business solutions with enterprise scale technologies (Web Application, Database, Container Computing Platform, Identity and Access Management, API Management, Infrastructure, Networks, Web & Integration software)
- Solid experience of software development life cycle process and methodologies
- Good problem solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to inform, educate and influence managers and employees to support goals and initiatives
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to team and management
- Good Automotive OEM experience preferred
Must Have Skill
- Hands on experience with CI/CD Tools (SVN/Github/Maven/Jenkins/JIRA)
- Experience with cloud native application design and development with main stream platforms and technologies
- Hands on experience with cloud technologies including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Openshift, Kubernetes, ELK etc.
- Experience with queueing and streaming technologies including IBM MQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT etc.
- Experience with IBM Security Access Manager, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM WebSphere, IBM API Connect and Data power
