Strong EQ leader with a technical (engineering) background who can lead a site, drive change and bring about cultural change and positive improvements in operational efficiency, process and strong KPIs across key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, and warehousing.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining tight adherence to validated processes and device/product specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Quality and Regulatory teams to support new products, changes, technology transfers, and process validations
- Oversee full site/plant operations such as budget, production schedule, safety, quality and OTD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 10 years of experience in field
- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
