Duties

- Visit up to 6 patients per day, adhering to a 30 productivity points standard.
- Work 8-hour day shifts, with one weekend shift required per contract.

- Travel within a maximum 50-mile radius, with mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rates.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Proficiency in Oasis documentation is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of skilled physical therapy experience required.
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
- Pending licenses are accepted.
