Local Account Manager

They serve as client advocates, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met by collaborating with various internal departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target prospective clients for sales opportunities.
• Actively engage in cold calling and follow up on referrals from existing clients.
• Continuously network with customers to identify and address their unique needs.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both current and potential clients.
• Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Record and update client interactions and notes in the ATS system.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategies.
• Propose and implement strategies to drive sales growth.

Additional Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of experience, ideally within the construction industry.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with ATS software is preferred but not required.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage sales trends.
