- Requires 3 years of adult med-surg experience, MT/Compact license, BLS, AHA, COVID card, and references.
- Provides care for pediatric and adult patients, including pre/post-surgical care, following nursing processes and collaborating with teams.
- Maintains 5:1 patient-to-staff ratio, acts as a clinical leader, and assists with staff precepting.
- Delivers care from admission to discharge, including discharge planning, and supervises LPN, CNA, and support staff.
- Must have strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills, with minimal supervision required.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
