Job Description :
We are seeking an Operations Support professional to assist with organizing and sorting mail, with a primary focus on tax-related documents. This is a temporary seasonal role supporting the yearly volume of tax documents, with a chance for extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a willingness to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting trays and sorting mail. Key Responsibilities :
- Sort, open, and organize incoming mail, with special attention to tax documents.
- Lift and move mail trays (not generally heavy but may require standing and physical movement).
- Ensure timely sorting of important documents, including tax-related materials.
- Review PO boxes and documents to ensure correct handling.
- Escalate any issues or questions to the supervisor as needed.
- Perform general operational support tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
