Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation pay and reporting cycles, with expertise in Fleet administration. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on sales data to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using Excel, including macros and pivot tables
• Identify areas for process improvement and standardization
• Create tools to enhance team efficiency
• Calculate fees based on contract terms
• Utilize Salesforce and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
• Ensure contract compliance by monitoring customer spending commitments

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field
• Strong background in compensation pay and reporting cycles
• Fleet administration experience preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Proficiency in SAP and Business Objects
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with 100% B2B sales environments
• Knowledge of contract compliance and analysis
