Job Title : Emergency Room Nurse Manager

Shift : Full-Time – Evenings (Time : 3-11) – No Weekends

Location :  Hermitage, TN 37076

Job Summary and Qualifications :

The Emergency Room Nurse Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need :

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or compact state required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• 1-3 years of related clinical leadership experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room experience.
