What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Manage ventilators, high-flow oxygen, and BiPAP systems
- Administer and titrate vasoactive drips and monitor complex rhythms
- Apply the ABCDEF bundles to optimize patient outcomes
- Float to IMC as needed
- Document using the MedHost EMR system
- Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact)
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- Strong skills in rhythm interpretation, ventilator management, and critical thinking
- Comfort managing patients with advanced disease processes
- Willingness to work night shifts and float between units as needed
- Cardiac background, especially with IABP and Impella
- CRRT competency
- TNCC certification
- Familiarity with MedHost EMR
