Title : IAM Analyst Location : Charlotte, NC Job Description : 4 years of experience in Oracle Identity & Access Manager. Should have been in the role of IAM Analyst. Technical Skills : Familiarity with leading IAM concepts such as Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Roles and Data mining, Segregation of Duty SOD, and Role Based Access Control RBAC Conducting cross-functional discovery exercises with both business and technical users to create design that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those business needs Communicating with stakeholders and helping stakeholders understand different implementation options at business and technical level Coordinate with various teams to drive and execute access changes bring access in line or make recommendations to change as appropriate Ability to gather and analyze information, design tests and validation procedures to confirm accuracy and strengths of a given control point Validate, Document and Agree on Business requirements Engage application tech owner to provide evidence Collect evidence Technology : Should have worked on tools related to Oracle Identity & Access Manager Should have used technology related to App Authentication and Validation Education qualification : Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and / or equivalent formal training or work experience. Certifications Needed : Certificates in relevant fields are an added advantage.
