Summary :

• Our client, an Am 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for their New York or New Jersey offices.
• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in all facets of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, transactions involving purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.
• Applicants must be highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively, and able to work well within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• A college degree and / or a paralegal certificate, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, are necessary for consideration.
