Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support in both Spanish and English through voice and chat

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience using tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar is a plus
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure
• Experience with e-commerce or CRM platforms is a bonus
