As our Repair Shop Coordinator, you ll be at the heart of our pump repair shop operations. You ll coordinate workflows, set priorities, and collaborate with the Lead Shop Mechanic and Shop Manager to ensure every project is completed on time and to our high standards. Compensation and Schedule :
Hourly Rate : $22 $25 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Schedule : Monday Friday, 6 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM.
What You ll Do :
Plan and Schedule Workflows : Organize and prioritize service orders and timelines to keep operations on track.
Facilitate Communication : Act as the bridge between sales, management, and shop teams, providing updates and resolving potential delays.
Solve Problems : Proactively address challenges in repair and production workflows with creative and effective solutions.
Maintain Records : Keep detailed, organized records, including repair reports, assembly notes, and project files.
Support Financials : Draft repair reports and prepare commercial quotes based on input from shop mechanics.
Leverage Technology : Utilize tools like ERP systems (Prophet 21), Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint to manage operations efficiently.
Hands-On Tasks : Assist with occasional deliveries, pickups, and other tasks to support shop operations.
