Summary
Under the direction of the Marketing Vice-President, plans, produces and maintains an on-going schedule of digital marketing programs & analysis in order to stimulate business growth for the organization. Is responsible for the brand standards and all imagery including photography and any work done by the creative team in any digital capacity. Ensures the company’s customer centric websites and mobile app is up to date and maintained. Supervises the ongoing digital marketing efforts of the marketing staff and collaborates with all team members to ensure consistent brand standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly manages the Interactive Specialist. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Updates information and creative assets on all of the company’s customer centric websites and mobile app, ensuring consistency with all brand standards.

- Manages and maintains online marketing, all digital signage, and social media,

- Under the direction of the Marketing Vice-President and in collaboration with any applicable third parties, oversees pay per click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media
- Responsible for all photography and digital creative, whether provided internally or externally.
- Collaborates with creative team to ensure most efficient and quality delivery or materials, being mindful of workload, planning, and strategy.
- Works with the Sr Database Marketing Manager to ensure that email campaigns are CAN-SPAM Act compliant and consistent with industry best practices.
- Works with Digital Agency & Information Technology Department to resolve website hosting related
- Tracks online marketing results and provides the information to management, including program/promotion
- Provides consistent online activity status
- Provides support and input into all marketing and operational projects related to online
- Schedules and produces various reports according to current project list and upon
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required. College degree in Marketing or related field required; 3 or more years’ experience in online marketing or website management; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management or supervisory experience required. Candidate must have social media experience and understand best practices and social media trends.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent PC skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office applications; strong working knowledge of online data analytic tools, pay per click campaign tools. Knowledge of Sales Force Email Software preferred. Needs to be proficient with HTML and web content management systems (CMS).
