OPS Administrative Assistant Opportunity

What You'll Do

As Administrative Assistant, The Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

• Assisting in answering a multi-line telephone, route messages, and draft or distribute internal and external communications, including emails and memos
• Customer Service and Front Desk/Information Booth Assistance.
• Records filing and Management.
• Provide general administrative support include copying, scanning, shredding, and preparing documents for distribution or storage.
• Willingness to learn internal systems (e.g., Workday) and assist with logging, tracking, and updating employee training records. Training will be provided.
• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  
  

Who We're Looking For

Education

We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical experience and the ability to operate a personal computer.
• Must be able to work independently. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office, and related desktop applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform time-sensitive and complex tasks. Skill in using a computer, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time. Ability to answer a multi-line in a busy setting.
