What are the responsibilities and job description for the SENIOR LINE COOK position at Tallulah's Taqueria?
We are looking for a Senior Level Line Cook that has at least three years of experience in a supervisor or manager role within the kitchen including cooking, ordering, inventory, training and supervising a team. Pay is dependent on experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous fast paced customer cook/supervisor cook jobs
- Cook- Previous Experience a Must, 3 Years Experience as Line Cook
- Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work Full Time, Weekends, AM PM Shifts
- Solid References
- Must be able to lift 50lb
- Drivers License Required. Good Driving Record
- Ability to commute to all stores as schedule will be rotating
- Have or Willing to complete all Food Safety Certifications (Manager) & Alcohol Safety
- Previous Knowledge of Inventory, Ordering, Food Temperature Monitoring
- Knowledge & Ability of using IPAD, Computer, Google Sheets & other programs
- Detail Oriented & Organized with Planning Skills
- Multi-Tasking in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of all the Physical Requirements in a restaurant kitchen
