As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for office efficiency and positivity in our multi-site operation This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized environment. The ideal candidate will be high energy, professional, and courteous, with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3 years relevant office experience or operations experience is required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and collaborative tools (e.g., ERP, Teams).

- Skilled in vendor relations and facilities coordination.
- Ability to work independently while supporting distributed teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform administrative support tasks as assigned by Principals and staff.
- Oversee daily operations and logistics across multiple engineering office locations.
- Create positive first impressions when answering inbound calls and greeting guests.
- Support teams with travel coordination, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Ensure each office environment reflects professionalism, culture, and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
- Provide training to staff on internal processes and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate inter-office communications and engineering team initiatives.
- Maintain company records, calendars, and systems to ensure operational accuracy.
- Lead and execute events, off-sites, and employee engagement activities.
- Research cost-effective solutions for travel, supplies, shipping, and maintenance.
- Embody and promote the company’s mission, values, and team-first spirit!
- Accurately assist in entering expenses and receipts for leadership and staff to ensure timely and organized financial recordkeeping.
- Ensure the office space and kitchen space is always kept clean and tidy.
- Act in a professional manner, exemplifying TGE’s core values and mission statement.
SALARY RANGE
- $22.00 based upon experience.
