Major Responsibilities/Activities: - Repair and maintain all kitchen equipment and appliances throughout all venues.
- Performs preventative maintenance on all kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Order necessary supplies and parts for repairs and maintenance of all kitchen and appliance equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: - Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- Must possess a current Universal EPA Certificate for Refrigerants.
- Electrical background experience required. Must be able to trouble shoot electrical circuits on multiple applications.
- Refrigeration experience is required. Must be able to work on ice machines and refrigeration equipment.
- Some gas experience is required. Must be able to install new gas appliances when needed.
- Plumbing skills and experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer application.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess and maintain a valid NM driver’s license.
- Cultural sensitivity required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license.
