TAMKO Building Products LLC is seeking a Revenue Analyst for the corporate office in Joplin, Missouri. As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing TAMKO customer rebate programs to maximize profitability and support TAMKO’s sales strategies. The position will work closely with various departments and outside customers to track the results of the rebate program and advise TAMKO’s Sales and Financial management regarding rebate programs patterns and tends and potential improvements to the programs.

- Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the sales rebate process, including tracking accruals, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, and identifying, managing, and driving resolution of potential process exceptions.
- Analyze current processes, and advise management on potential changes, for continuous improvement to support automation strategies.
- Develop and prepare a variety of detailed reports for senior management related to the rebate programs, including year-end metrics and subsequent programs recommendations.
- Collaborate with other members of sales and finance teams to analyze pricing and profitability.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals are crucial for assessing rebate data and performance.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
- Customer service abilities to handle both internal and external inquiries.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to rebate activities both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including charting, is essential for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to share results with both internal and external constituencies.
