The Tampa Bay Rays are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who can provide a clean, sanitary and orderly front office environment. A good customer service approach to this position is required.

- Create a sanitary environment through washing, cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, trash removal and other similar activities
- Promotes sanitary conditions which prevent the spread of germs and odors
- Responsible for disposal of trash, debris and separation of recyclable items on a daily basis
- Must handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.
- Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, windowsills, etc.
- Wet mop floors in bathrooms daily
- Damp mop all corridor floors, lobby and other applicable areas daily
- Wash basins, mirrors, countertops and commodes daily
- Check areas for spills, water and especially bathrooms
- Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaking faucet or toilets, loose tile, broken windows, missing nuts or screws, etc.
- Ensure all break areas and bathrooms are properly stocked
- Wash windows when needed
- May requires working in damp and dusty areas
- Works in safe manner
- Two (2) years of experience preferred
- Must be able to follow directions/recommendations
- Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude
- Good Customer Service skills
- Be able to lift and carry 30 pounds and be on their feet most of the time.
- Normal working day/hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am -3:30pm but must be somewhat flexible during baseball season (April-Sept.)
- Valid Driver’s License
