This role involves physical labor, assisting with the excavation, framing, plumbing, and finishing of in-ground pools. - Help with setting forms, steel reinforcement, and concrete work.
- Support plumbing and equipment installation, including pumps, filters, and piping.
- Aid in pool lining, tiling, coping, and backfilling processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site; follow all safety procedures.
- Operate tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and jackhammers (training provided if needed).
- Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries.
- Work closely with the construction crew to complete jobs on time and to specifications.
Requirements:
Prior experience with in-ground pool installation or related construction work required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of pool systems, plumbing, or concrete work is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating small machinery or hand tools.
