ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
A strong knowledge or willingness to learn craft beer.
- Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift
- Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar, and in the dining room, always satisfied
- Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 21 years of age
- B.A.S.S.E.T and ServSafe Certified within two weeks of employment
