The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives timely payment for goods and services offered to clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to the following:
- Account Collections
- Daily account auditing
- Payment posting
- Customer setup
- Credits
- Weekly account reviews
- Copies, Scans, files and retrieves materials for accounts receivable as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, or copier
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School diploma or equivalent required,
- At least two years of related experience required
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
