Job Overview:
To maintain the highest, professional standard of guest services having to keep up with a high-volume restaurant. As a key part of our front-of-the-house team, you will act as our service ambassador, ensuring every guest expectation is met and every experience is a positive one.
To strictly follow the terms of safety that are used under the Food and Beverage addendum and apply them to all serving requirements. To complete any and all tasks in order to provide exceptional service and experiences to our coworkers and guests.

Qualifications & Knowledge
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Experience using ALOHA point-of-sale is preferred but not required.
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar required.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple functions simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrates experience in appropriately handling complaints and resolving grievances to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to arrive at work at scheduled time and stay until scheduled end time.
- Ability to review financial information for accuracy and identify problem areas.
- Fluent in written & verbal English, additional language skills preferred.
- Must already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Food Handlers Certification https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/Catalog/ProductList/214
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older and must already have or be willing to complete the New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit prior to hire http://www.waytoserve.org/.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. TSVI is located in a high altitude alpine environment. Position may require travel on uneven, snow packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold and/or humid conditions. Must be able to work a varying schedule including evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates. May require working alone or with others depending on day’s business.

Physical Demands of Position Include:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 80-100% of the time will be spent standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting and smelling. 25-50% of the time may be spent climbing/balancing and being exposed to the outdoors including winter weather conditions. Occasionally sitting – less than 15% of the time.
