Duties of a Dishwasher include but are not limited to:
- Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Follow their schedule as written unless otherwise instructed by management
- Maintain a safe and sanitary workspace throughout their shift.
- Able to operate a standard dishwashing machine as well as proper setup and use of a 3-compartment sink.
- Communicate with both FOH and BOH staff to support their needs throughout the shift
- Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and silverware while keeping up with the pace of the shift
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills
- Being able to communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required.
