What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director-U.S Market position at TARANIS TRADING INC?
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the operation and management, market development, channel establishment, and team building of the TARANIS TRADING INC in the United States.
2. Research the market operation and consumption habits in the United States, collaborate with the group to carry out medium and long-term planning for overseas products and markets, and formulate strategies and paths for overseas product entry.
3. Organize and participate in various market activities, seek and develop new business opportunities, and enhance the brand's popularity in overseas markets.
4. Be responsible for the follow-up of store decoration and design, operation quality, store performance, employee recruitment, training, management, and operation management in the United States, as well as customer service results.
5. Be proficient in operating various system software and operating systems, regularly report the operation status of overseas markets to the company, and propose improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, aged 30 to 40;
2. At least one year of experience as a store staff or store manager in the US region in the chain catering or retail industry;
3. Capable of independently handling business affairs and having strong communication skills;
4. Fluent in English, able to conduct business communication without obstacles;
5. Green card holders in the US are preferred;
6. Willing to travel to the US, China and its surrounding areas for short-term business trips.
Salary: Starting from 6,000 to 8,000 US dollars per month.
