Lewisville Estates is currently seeking Dishwashers to maintain clean, sanitary conditions in the kitchen including all china, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and equipment. This position reports to the Director of Dining Services.
- Maintain sanitary conditions of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Tarantino Properties Corporation standards.
- Assist with clean-up work in the Food Service Department, kitchen and dining room.
- Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
- Uses equipment and cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
- Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken.
- Reports any equipment irregularities to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Shifts Available Weekends 2pm-7pm & Evenings 2pm-6:30
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred, or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
