Description

Seeking a Groundkeeper at a community in San Antonio, Texas. 

Class A property (300 plus units). 

  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Paint and pick up grounds
  • Painting
  • Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 plus of onsite maintenance experience
  • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
  • Paint and pick up grounds
  • Painting
  • Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
  • Provide residents with outstanding customer service
