Seeking bilingual Leasing Agent for Diamond Ridge Apartments. You’ll be working closely with our growth team, helping us with administrative and marketing duties to provide a high level of customer service to our prospective, current and future residents.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lease apartment by selling the benefits of living at one of our communities
· Always be selling – over the phone, through email and in person. You are the subject expert on the product, the property and the local neighborhood
· Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
· Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
· Available to work Full Time and on Saturdays
Requirements:
Leasing experience: OneSite Software and Bluemoon
