About this role: Target Print & Mail (TPM) is an established, large-scale commercial printing, signage and direct mail service provider headquartered in Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team. As an Account Specialist, you would be the first person many TPM customers connect with, and you would be the embodiment of our brand. You must convey a sense of expertise, urgency, and unparalleled customer service. You will listen to a customer, understand their needs, make product suggestions, and provide them with a quote. Once they approve a print job, you would be responsible for shepherding their job from production to delivery.

Essential Tasks of the Customer Service Account Specialist:
- Greet and assist customers with a smile
- Answer the primary phone line and respond to email inquiries
- Listen to and seek to understand customer needs
- Communicate our products and services clearly and succinctly
- Build relationships with existing customers, fostering new connections through memorable service
- Take initiative to upsell promotional products relevant to each client's needs
- Resolve customer questions and concerns immediately
- Understand and abide by the company pricing system and policies
- Provide quotes for customers and sales managers
- Process orders in a courteous and timely manner
- Review estimates and invoices for accuracy
- Track customer projects as they move from quote to printing to delivery
