A small real estate investment company is seeking a Part-time carpenter/handyman.
We have a few rental properties and looking for a general maintenaince worker.
Someone who is a honest hustler, we have tons of work, to keep you busy and paid. Hourly pay with an ongoing relationship for years to come.
Preference for individuals already in this space and looking to grow and gain more experience.
Responsibilities include:
annual inspections and maintenaince - tub caulking, faucet replacement, replacement carpets with vinyl flooring, painting, lock replacement, roof cement, toilet flush replacement, grass cutting, snow removal, pest control, battery replacement, bulb replacement, etc
Requirements:
1) reliable mode of transportation
2) understand how to work in a team and on a team

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- residential maintenaince: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Philadelphia, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
