The Inventory Control Clerk will manage inventory levels, ensure stock records are accurate, and keep organized records of cycle counts. This job includes monitoring inventory flow, conducting regular audits, and working with different departments to help improve operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain inventory records and databases
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data
- Assist with booking adjustments in Syspro and Datascope
- Assist Inventory lead with investigating discrepancies and report root causes
- Print Cycle count for Counters
- Maintain cycle count calendar
- Monitor Syspro alerts and JIP errors.
- Assist with Cycle count training when needed
- Any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Follows all required ISO standards and procedures to maintain quality, safety, environmental, and operational compliance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in inventory management or supply chain is a plus
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
