- Images and films District Clerk records.
- Prepares documents for imaging.
- Ensures proper application targets are placed for scanning and retrieval accuracy and storage media.
- Indexes and verifies documents to ensure accurate archiving and retrieval ability in JIMS.
- Maintains image production reports.
- Assists with the supervision of part-time employees.
- Performs maintenance on imaging equipment.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of equipment operations, records management discipline, records management software, state laws for electronic record keeping, digital imaging concepts, production and indexing schemes.
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop environments.
Salary : $18 - $19
