Case Manager needed for our pregnant and parenting substance use disorder program. Duties include education and linkage to supportive services, conducting surveys, facilitation of group sessions, and working as part of a team to ensure program requirements are met. Candidate must have a bachelor degree, registration or certification as a SUD counselor, and experience working in a human services field. Live Scan finger print clearance is also required.
