Tarzana Treatment Centers, a leading provider of integrated healthcare services, is offering an exciting opportunity for a fulltime Mental Health Therapist for our Wraparound Program in Tarzana, CA. Candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Program Manager. An ideal candidate would have a strong passion to work in community mental health with youth and families in need. Duties include assessments and creation of individualized treatment plans, documentation, facilitation of individual and family sessions, field based intensive mental health services, and other community-based activities related to client care. This exciting opportunity will also involve opportunities to be trained in Evidence Based Practices. This position will involve field-based services and candidate must provide own transportation, have a valid CA driver's license, have a good driving record and valid insurance. Flexible work schedule is a must. Evening hours may be required. 24/7 availability for crisis intervention. Strong verbal and writing skills a must. Applicant must have minimum of a master’s degree and be registered as an MFT Associate with the BBS, an ASW registered with the BBS, a PCC registered with the BBS or be licensed as a LMFT or LCSW in California. DMH paperwork knowledge preferred, but not required. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. Applicant also must be able to pass an intensive background clearance.
