- CDK Experience: Proficiency in using the CDK Global dealership management system is essential to efficiently manage service appointments, parts orders, and customer records.
- OEM Service Advisor Experience: Prior experience as an OEM service advisor, particularly with in-depth knowledge of manufacturer-specific protocols and customer expectations, is required.
